Mini Sugar Plant of 500/ 1250 TCD Capacity Capitalizing on our industry experience, we offer a wide range of Mini Sugar Plant of 500 TCD Capacity. Our range has the capacity of crushing 500 tones per day using the vacuum pan route and pressure-boiling route, similar to large-scale plants having smaller equipment and machinery. Sugar produced from this Mini Sugar Plant is also similar to bigger sized plants. Moreover, the existing Khandasari units (Open pan process) may also be converted into Mini sugar plants. Recently, the Government of India has allowed to use the vacuum pan and pressure boiling system with tandem milling systems for all Khandasari Units, which makes it a smaller capacity sugar unit. In addition, the capital investment on this Smaller Capacity Unit is also very less and it is convenient to install this sugar plant where availability of cane is abundant. Our range of 500 TCD Capacity Mini Sugar plant can crush 80,000 tonnes of sugarcane in 160 days, which can be supplied in 2000 acres (average yield of 40 Tones/acres of cane growing over). Following are the advantages of these plants:
- Low Capital Investment
- Less area under Sugarcane
- Less requirement of Sugarcane
- Operation & control of the plant will be easier
- This is no levy to be paid to the government
- Since availability of cane is from nearby sources of the plant, fresh cane can be crushed, which will give better recovery
Cane Crusher The cane stalks are fed to the Main Cane Carrier from where it passes through Cutter-I & Cutter ââ¬âII to chop the Cane fibers. This then passes through fibrizer which shreds the cane into fine fibers & drops these fine fibers to the below placed belt conveyor from where it is carried to the feed Rake Carrier. This Carrier then conveys the fine chopped Cane fibers to the first Mill through its Donnelly chute placed before the first Mill. After passing through the first Mill the bagasse passes to the subsequent Mills for further juice extraction through a series of Inter Rake Carrier & Donnelly Chute. The final bagasse after the last Mill is the discharged to suitable Bagasse Carrier.
